Description

PRIM UPGO is an innovative, dynamic orthosis designed to provide functional support for the dorsal flexion, controlling medio-lateral deviations of the foot, during the swing phase of gait in cases of foot drop caused by flaccid paralysis.

3 Components
1 Supramalleolar band made of flexible and stabilising fabric that adapts by means of a micro-velcro closure with integrated double adjustment. Anatomical silicone padding to release and protect the Achilles tendon.
2 Shoe support with microvelcro fastening which fits both lace-up and Velcro footwear without the need for metal hooks.
3 An innovative strap-and-buckle traction system connects the support to the band and keeps the foot in a physiological position.

With or without shoes? Lightweight, anatomically shaped plantar band (PSL8ABD), the function of which is to allow the use of the PRIM UPGO drop foot orthosis without the need for shoes. It can be used with open shoes, flip-flops, sandals or even barefoot, but it is recommended to use it with socks.

1. Foam padding under the sole of the foot for enhanced comfort.
2. Simple and secure velcro adjustment system.
3. It is positioned in the central area of the sole of the foot and attaches to the supramalleolar band with the same system as the shoe support.
